supervises the body-shop. His particular expertise is in the establishment of on-going relationships and providing long term professional links.
With wide business management experience Paul is responsible for all aspects of finance, marketing, organisational development, office management, recruitment and training. Already a successful body-shop, Paul wanted to grow the business so the first priority was to develop a business strategy and marketing plan.

the direction of the business during a period when the structure of the markets place was changing.
Taylor’s Vehicle Repair Centre has been established for 30 years and has undertaken work and obtained contracts with a large number of local businesses. Permanent long-term relationships have been developed with them and their employees. In the early 1990s the company became increasingly involved with insurance companies and other work providers.
In December 1995 the company moved to its current site of 11,000 sq ft main road modern facility as part of its on-going strategic plan. Since the move, an extensive refurbishment program has taken place with the installation of new spray booths, paint mixing rooms and Black hawk bays, hydraulic ramps, a new reception and administration building, plus general overhaul of the buildings and customer car parking. Taylors has invested heavily in new equipment, new IT systems and new operational and quality procedures in line with ISO9002. In May 2009 Taylors gained British Standard BS10125:2014 accreditation through Cars QA.
In 1995 the company became a member of the Motor Vehicle Repairers Association and R.M.I. as part of its quality approach to business, and are EPA and are COSHH regulated. Following their strategic plan, the company is moving towards continued expansion and acquisition of an additional adjacent building with 9,000 sq ft for body shop repairs.
In addition to the technical requirements, the company recognises the personal needs of its customers and takes every possible step to ensure that it provides a quality customer service, and being receptive and personable in meeting the requirements of its customers. Our specialist team is a key factor in ensuring client satisfaction.
